In part 3 of "why we have a problem when it comes to good leadership", we are going to look at the problem caused by management being wrapped, labelled and embraced as leadership.
Management and leadership are not the same thing. A huge problem has been caused when management is mistaken for leadership, and then sold that way. Management is one facet within a leader's toolbox, but it cannot be used as "the" tool when it comes to leading others. Leadership is a facet all on its own and requires specific focus.
